Age Requirement

Accounts belonging to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances may be withheld pending investigation.

One Account Per Person

Account Security

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on ku916 is ৳500. ku916 reserves the right to apply transaction limits to individual accounts where required for responsible gaming or compliance purposes. Withdrawal Processing

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to your ku916 account are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Abuse of welcome bonus terms will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Bonus Modification and Withdrawal

ku916 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Where a promotion is suspended mid-campaign, ku916 will endeavour to honour terms for players who have already opted in, subject to no material abuse. Players who have already met wagering requirements at the time of a promotion's withdrawal will not be affected. ku916 will not be liable for any loss of expected bonus value arising from a modification or withdrawal.

Random Number Generation

Prohibited Conduct

Bet Cancellation and Void Markets

ku916 reserves the right to void, cancel, or reverse any bet where: (a) a bet was placed after an event has already concluded; (b) a technical error resulted in an incorrect price or market being displayed; (c) a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result declared in accordance with applicable sports betting rules; or (d) ku916 determines a bet was placed in bad faith or as part of a prohibited strategy. In all such cases the stake amount will be returned to the player's ku916 wallet and no winnings will be paid.

Deposit Limits and Session Controls

Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits within their ku916 account settings at any time. Once a deposit limit is set it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Players may also set session time limits to restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions. ku916 will display a notification when a set session limit is reached. These tools are provided as a service and do not constitute a guarantee against problem gambling.

Self-Exclusion

Players wishing to take a break from gaming may apply for self-exclusion of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Any verified available balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following successful identity verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirements or pending fraud investigations are attached to the account. Permanently closed accounts cannot be reopened.
